He founded K.R.A Engineers & Contractors (P) Ltd. in 1974, with a vision to contribute to India’s landscape by creating world-class infrastructure.
A leader who leads by example has come a long way from infrastructure development of the country to constructing ‘A Masterpiece in Noida’, he is also a compassionate humanitarian, known for incorporating honesty and ethical values to his working style, which are proof of his personal and professional integrity.
Mr. Kapil Raj Anand put his heart and soul into every development and has been instrumental in large-scale developments with award-winning and nationally respected organizations. For him, the entire country is his canvas and he is making his mark with unique and landmark developments.

Mr. Kapil Raj Anand has been awarded by Government organizations for his work, the Samman Patra from the Income Tax Office for his contribution as the highest taxpayer in the business category during the A.Y. 1999-2000. He has also been awarded the Director General's Commendation Certificate - Class 1 for his excellent craftsmanship and quality construction of the "Indoor Baffled Short Firing Range.” He had been honored by many more awards and recognitions from Government bodies and other prestigious organizations.

Mr. Nikhil Anand did his Bachelors of Architecture in 1996, his experience is rich and varied having worked across domains like Master Planning, Hard-core Construction, Business Development, Contracts Management, and Property Development.
Mr. Nikhil Anand believes in the fundamental principle that the greatest contribution of architecture is to strengthen and vitalize our communities. He believes that architecture, the natural landscape, and a building’s context, both in environment and history, are seamlessly connected. He is not limited to any one style or predetermined formula, but rather strives to create architecture that is inventive yet timeless.
With passion backed by talent, he has led several landmark projects to successful completion in Northern India. To name a few- the Ambala- Chandigarh Highway, Roof of the World-class Badminton Stadium at Siri Fort Auditorium, Road network of Dwarka (Delhi), Safdurjung Airport Runway, DMRC Housing at Sarita Vihar New Delhi, SBI Housing at Noida, Iconic Sun Dial at Nizamuddin, Mayur Vihar- Noida Link Road, Yamuna Bank Metro Track, Defence Colony Drain converted to a beautiful park, Pushta Road (Geeta Colony to Rajghat), Ongoing project- Surkhanda Devi Ropeway- fully owned by Maasters, etc.
